1. Who we are

This website and its chat assistant are operated by Valon Ahmeti (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Our contact email is valonclix@gmail.com. Our country or region is North Macedonia. This policy applies to valonahmeti.com.

2. Information we collect

When you use the chat assistant, we automatically save the message or question you submit, the answer returned by the assistant, your IP address, a browser-session identifier, the date and time, the AI provider and model used, response time, and whether the request succeeded. We may also process basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the website.

Games and leaderboards

If you choose to save a score in a game leaderboard, we store the nickname you submit, the score or completion time, and the date and time. Leaderboard entries are public. Do not use your real name or include personal information in a game nickname.

3. Why we use this information

We use this information to deliver the chat service, maintain chat records, review quality, troubleshoot problems, prevent spam and abuse, investigate security incidents, and improve the website. We do not sell chat logs or IP addresses.

4. AI processing and model routing

Your chat message is sent from our server to Groq, an external AI-inference provider, so that an answer can be generated. To keep the service available, the website may route a request between supported Groq-hosted text models when one model is unavailable or has reached a rate limit. The chat interface does not display the selected model, but we record the provider and model used in our internal chat log.

Do not enter passwords, payment card information, government-ID numbers, medical details, private legal information, or other sensitive information into the chat.

5. IP addresses

We save your raw IP address in the chat database for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting, and technical troubleshooting. We restrict access to chat logs to the website administrator and use reasonable measures to protect the server and database.

6. Retention

We keep chat logs for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is reasonably required for a security incident, legal obligation, or active dispute. Logs can be deleted sooner by the website administrator.

7. Sharing and international processing

We may share information only with providers needed to run the service, such as our hosting provider, database/infrastructure providers, and Groq for AI processing. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security of the website and its users.

8. Cookies and sessions

The website uses an essential session cookie to keep the chat and security protections working. It is not used for advertising. The site may also retain technical server logs as part of normal operation.

9. Your choices and rights

You can choose not to use the chat assistant. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at valonclix@gmail.com. We may need enough information to locate the relevant record and verify the request.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including password-protected administrative access, server-side API keys, database credentials stored outside the public website directory, and access controls. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children and professional advice

The chat assistant is not designed for children where parental consent is required by applicable law. It also does not provide professional legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice. AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate.
